Today Wintergreen  is most commonly known as a flavor for toothpaste, gum, and candy. It has actually been used for centuries for muscle pain, arthritis, and rheumatism. Wintergreen can also help with sore throats, sciatica, and oily skin.  Wintergreen is a great addition to your medicine cabinet!

Suggested uses

For the relief of symptoms associated with arthritis, muscle aches, and sciatica, dilute with your favorite carrier oil and massage on affected areas.

For the relief of acne or oily skin, add 2-3 drops to one ounce of carrier oil and dab on affected area with a cotton ball or swab.

For the relief of headaches or fever, use 2-3 drops in a cold compress.

To soothe a sore throat, dilute 2-3 drops in 1 once carrier oil and massage on neck area.

Blends well with Oregano, peppermint, spearmint, thyme, and ylang ylang.
