Thyme Essential Oil


Thyme has been loved for it's therapeutic properties for centuries.  From the Greeks and Romans, to the Egyptians and even the Scots, it has been well used.  Today Thyme Essential Oils is used for household cleaning, to ease symptoms of colds and flu, for headaches, poor circulation, insomnia and much more.

Suggested uses

For head and shoulder tension, dilute 1-2 drops in your favorite carrier oil and massage on neck and temples.

For congestion, colds, and flu, use 2-3 drops in steam inhalation.

As an all-purpose cleaner, fill a spray bottle with 3 parts water to 1 part vinegar and add 5-7 drops of Thyme Essential Oil.  Can also use a mixture of oils, such as lemon, melaleuca, or clove.

Blends well with Bergamot, clary sage, eucalyptus, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, marjoram, myrrh, oregano, rosemary, melaleuca, wintergreen.
