Peppermint oil is helpful with a variety of conditions, both mental and physical. It's familiar scent is comforting and soothing. It's one of our favorites, and may quickly become one of yours.
For the relief of nausea or motion sickness, use 2-3 drops in a tissue or hadnkerchief and inhale regularly.
For the relief of fatigue and apathy, put several drops in a diffuser.
For the relief of cramps, back pain, headaches, muscular pain use 3-4 drops diluted in carrier oil and massage on afflicted areas.
Blends well with eucalyptus, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, rosemary.
Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before using if you are pregnant, nursing, or receiving treatment. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
