Ancient Egyptians loved oregano and used it to disinfect wounds and expedite the healing process. It is also a powerful fighter against fungal infections. Give oregano a try, you might just find yourself falling in love too.
With fungal infections, add 2-3 drops to 1 ounce of your favorite carrier oil, and massage into affected area. Repeat as often as needed.
For congestion and other respiratory issues, use 2-3 drops in 1 ounce of carrier oil and rub on chest and throat.
For chronic fatigue syndrome, sleep issues, or nervous tension, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser or add 8-10 drops to a warm bath before bed.
Blends well with eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, orange, rosemary.
