For the relief of PMS or menopause, enjoy 4-5 drops in a warm bath.
For decreased libido, depression, or insomnia, add 2-3 drops to a carrier oil and massage on body. Or try a couple of drops in a diffuser.
To ease muscle aches, mix 2-3 drops with 2-3 tablespoons of liquid lanolin and apply to problem areas.
Mixes well with lavender, citrus essential oils, peppermint.
